Lisa is a luxury hair extension expert and owner of Titanium Salon. With over 20 years as a hairstylist and over 15 years in hair extension experience, she is a master at her craft.

Lisa has knowledge and experience in many extension methods, she is certified in many and an artist for The Kacey Welch Method.  Lisa only uses latest and best technology using the highest quality hair available!

Making people look and feel beautiful through their experience is always her goal.

Lisa was born and raised in Arizona. She is a mom of 2, likes to be active, spend time with her family, and enjoys traveling.

Kimberly Grim, a northern Arizona native, followed her love for beauty in 2016 after spending several years in healthcare. She attended Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, one of Arizona’s highly sought after beauty schools, and realized her passion for hair. After graduating, she set the bar high and assisted master stylist and owner of Titanium Salon, Lisa Pontillo, for a year and a half. She was able to hone in on Lisa’s unique cutting techniques and color formulations, learning first hand how to create transformations while keeping guest hair integrity top priority. She is also a Kacey Welch Method extension certified artist and loves to give her guests the ability to achieve their dream hair with length and fullness. Her favorite looks to create are beach blonde babes, lived in color, long layers, and bouncy blowouts.

When not at the salon creating hair magic, Kim enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time friends and family.
